I used this case to house a Intel DG45FC motherboard, Hauppauge WinTV-HVR-2250 tuner, and a Celeron E3200 with a NT07 cooler/fan. There’s plenty of room for everything although I had to trim down the PCIe-X16 riser card that came with the case to fit in my X1 slot on my motherboard. The 120W PS seems fine. Ventilation is great as long as the top of the case is clear. The graphics chip on this motherboard runs a little hot so most mini-ITX cases would have had trouble with heat as they normally place the power supply over the motherboard. The only downside is the case width/depth. Height is fine. Documentation on the included cables and adapters is lacking though.
