HOW CAN I CONSTRUCT A GIANT SUNDIAL? IT WOULD BE ABOUT 10 FEET HIGH, AND MADE OUT OF LASHED WOODEN POLES.?

This is an suspicion we suspicion of for a director stay which we work at. To have a vast sundial upon a belligerent done out of pioneering poles (long, skinny tree trunks) would be a coolest. Can anybody give me advice?

A simple tripod ought to do it. Three poles, with one about a quarter longer than the other two lashed into a tripod arrangement would make a good gnomon. Have the base of the longest pole to the south.
Then you’ll need something to mark the hour lines. Use rocks. Or better yet, plant flowers for the hours. Some inexpensive annuals will do well enough. Keep them watered. I suggest flowers, because rocks might get moved.

    Good luck.

The tallest part, that would cast a shadow to mark the time, should lean toward/point true north.
The hour marks could be short poles, or flag stones.
If it’s set up for standard time, then during summer it would be an hour “fast”. So if it’s for summer time use, better to set it up in daylight savings time.
A fun part is night time use…no shadows to tell time, BUT the tall pole leans toward the North Star!
